Visiting the website

Our host, STRATO GmbH (Berlin), processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page, browser) in server log files to run the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is processed in Germany and deleted after a short time.

Contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp

Your details, message and photos are used to answer your request and, where relevant, to make an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR). Form submissions are sent to me by email and not stored on the web server. A non-reversible hash of your IP address is kept for 10 minutes to prevent abuse. Requests that do not lead to a purchase are deleted after 12 months at the latest; purchase records are kept for the statutory periods (up to 10 years). WhatsApp messages are additionally subject to WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.'s privacy terms.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to a supervisory authority, e.g. the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection.
